THE RIGHT STARTING POINT

Give every advertising dollar a clear job.

For brands launching Amazon ads or improving an existing account, Mike personally builds and manages the campaigns. Automation handles repetitive bid adjustments; Mike decides how targeting, budgets and the next changes fit your business. Monthly reporting connects PPC metrics with sales performance and next steps.

A good fit when…

  • Your campaigns spend without a clear plan.
  • You need ongoing management, not just a launch.
  • Your catalog has outgrown its campaign structure.

WHAT WE WORK ON

A clear scope.
A practical focus.

We agree on the priorities and deliverables for your products before work begins.

  • 01Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and eligible video and display campaigns selected for your products and budget
  • 02Keyword, ASIN, category, and product targeting
  • 03Search-term harvesting and keyword isolation
  • 04Negative keyword and negative product targeting
  • 05Bid, budget, placement, ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, sales, and conversion analysis
  • 06Bid automation included in your management fee, plus a monthly PPC and sales report

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From context to next steps.

  1. Review your business & account

We start with your products, marketplace, goals, and existing advertising data. Campaign history, search terms, competition, and listing quality help establish what is working and where spend may be wasted. We also consider pricing, inventory, and conversion barriers so the advertising plan reflects the business behind the account.

  2. Align scope, budget & priorities

We agree on the products, marketplace, monthly advertising budget, and priorities before execution. Management scope reflects product count and the previous month’s ad spend—or the planned budget for a new account. Ad formats are selected to fit the opportunity. Additional marketplaces, creative projects, and consulting are scoped separately where needed.

  3. Build & launch discovery

We organize campaigns and portfolios around the agreed plan, using existing account data where available. Automatic and broad-match campaigns help discover the searches and related products that bring relevant shoppers to your listings. This learning phase builds evidence for targeting and bid decisions while we continue reviewing where the budget is going.

  4. Isolate terms that convert

Promising search terms and product targets move into dedicated ad groups or campaigns for more precise bid control. This search-term isolation approach helps direct investment toward opportunities supported by conversion data. Irrelevant or inefficient traffic is addressed through negative targeting and bid adjustments, while discovery continues to surface new opportunities.

  5. Optimize with human oversight

Automation reviews bids nightly, comparing advertising cost with the revenue generated by clicks. Bids change when the data warrants it; a nightly review does not mean every bid changes every day. Mike provides strategic oversight and business judgment. Bid automation is included in management, with budget changes coordinated around your goals.

  6. Report, learn & improve

At month end, you receive a report covering key PPC metrics, sales analysis, and advertising effectiveness. Those findings guide the next round of campaign refinements and priorities. Recommendations may also address listing content, imagery, promotions, or new products. Work beyond the agreed management scope is discussed separately as the account evolves.

HOW WE FOCUS YOUR AD SPEND

Separate the signal.
Focus the investment.

Search-term isolation gives proven searches their own targeting and bid control. Negative targeting helps reduce overlap, while ongoing discovery keeps finding new opportunities.

See how discovery, isolation, optimization, automation, and scaling fit together—and where human judgment matters.

Search-term isolation process: discover converting searches, isolate them with dedicated targeting and source negatives, optimize bids, automate with oversight, then scale while discovery continues.
A structured process for more deliberate ad spend. Decisions depend on campaign data, margins, and business goals.

BEFORE WE START

A little more clarity.

View this service on Fiverr
Can you work with existing campaigns?

Yes. Existing campaign history helps identify what is already working and what needs closer review.

Is listing work included in PPC management?

Listing recommendations can support the advertising work. Copywriting, custom banners and basic video production are separate services. Optional consulting and custom ad content are billed at $125 per hour, with the scope agreed before starting.

Does each plan cover one marketplace?

Yes. The plans cover one Amazon marketplace. Additional marketplaces using the same ASINs are $75 per month each; the management tier uses combined ad spend across managed marketplaces. Different products or scope are agreed before work begins. KDP accounts are not accepted.

How is my plan selected, and what if I spend more than $10,000?

The plan reflects your product count and the previous month’s ad spend, or the planned monthly budget for a new account. Spend above $10,000 per month is quoted using the agreement’s higher-spend tiers and overage rates. The fee is agreed before work begins. Initial payment is due when the initial ad setup is complete.

Do I need to pay separately for bid automation?

No. Bid automation is included in the management fee. It reviews performance and adjusts bids when the data warrants a change, while Mike handles campaign strategy and oversight. It is an ongoing process, not a one-time campaign setup.

What reporting and communication are included?

You receive a report at the end of each month covering PPC metrics, sales analysis and advertising effectiveness. Questions are handled by email or the platform we work through, with a standard response within 48 hours during Monday–Friday business hours, Pacific Time, excluding holidays. Weekly calls are not included; optional consulting is $125 per hour. A support team may help with reports, billing and other administrative tasks; Mike manages campaign strategy.

Is management month to month?

Yes. The agreement is month to month, with written notice at least three days before the desired termination date. At handover, campaigns are removed from bid automation and left running for the person taking over. That person becomes responsible for ongoing management and monitoring. The full service agreement sets out the terms.

Can you guarantee a particular ACOS, sales result or ranking?

No. Search-term isolation and bid automation aim to use spend more effectively, but results also depend on competition, pricing, listing conversion, inventory and market conditions. Early discovery is a learning phase, and performance changes are assessed against the account’s data and goals.
