NORTHWEST COAST DIGITAL
The person behind your advertising.
I started selling on Amazon in 2017 and have personally sold more than 100,000 units. That experience shapes how I look at an advertising account: not just as a collection of campaigns, but as part of a business with real products, inventory and priorities.
Before this, I worked as a Director of Software Development. I also earned my MBA at CSULB. That background informs how I approach systems, testing and business decisions.
But the most important thing for a client to know is simpler.
The person you speak with is the person managing your advertising.
I build the campaigns, analyze search terms, manage the account and work directly with you. Search Term Isolation and bid automation support the process. They do not replace personal responsibility for the strategy.
My experience also includes products and brands sold through retail channels in the United States and United Kingdom, including a brand featured by Urban Outfitters. That wider perspective is a reminder that Amazon advertising needs to fit the business around it.
I've taken over accounts from different agencies, software-led providers and independent managers. Some needed major changes. Others had strong work worth preserving. I review the account before deciding what should change.
Keep what works. Understand what doesn't. Be clear about the next step.
That is the type of advertising management I would have wanted as a seller, and it is how I approach Northwest Coast Digital.
